Sing Gin – Raspberry & Orange Blossom 70cl

Description

Distilled in the village of Kettlesing in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, this expression of Sing Gin builds on our London Dry foundations while introducing a softer, fruit-driven character. Crafted in small batches using a smooth grape-based spirit, the gin begins with the same carefully balanced botanical base, steeped overnight before slow distillation in our copper and stainless-steel still.

To this classic structure, we add whole Scottish raspberries chosen for flavour rather than appearance. Often described as “wonky”, these imperfectly perfect fruits may be misshapen or uneven in size, yet they are beautifully ripe and full of natural sweetness. By using them, we help reduce food waste while capturing their rich, jam-like depth. Delicate Moroccan orange blossom is then introduced, lending a light floral lift that brings elegance and freshness to the final spirit.

The result is a thoughtfully crafted Yorkshire gin that feels both contemporary and rooted in place – expressive, aromatic and designed to be shared. It reflects our belief that quality ingredients, careful process and a genuine sense of purpose create something truly memorable in the glass.
