Description
Our Clotted Cream Toffee Vodka Liqueur is rooted in Yorkshire tradition but made for modern tastes. Working in partnership with Farrah’s of Harrogate, we use their original 1840 toffee recipe to create a deeply flavourful syrup that forms the heart of this spirit. Once prepared in Harrogate, it is brought to our family-run distillery in Kettlesing, where it is blended in small batches with premium grain spirit and layered with a smooth clotted cream character.
The result is something quietly luxurious — familiar, comforting and full of depth. It’s designed to feel generous and celebratory, whether opened for special occasions or shared at the end of a long meal with friends.
As with all our spirits, we take a thoughtful approach to production. Lightweight bottles made with more than 50% recycled glass help reduce transport impact, while our recyclable tins are intended to be kept and reused. Each batch is crafted with care, ensuring the flavour remains consistent and true to its heritage roots.
This expression is all about softness and richness. Expect layers of creamy toffee, warm caramel and a gentle dairy sweetness that gives it a rounded, velvety mouthfeel. Subtle vanilla notes and a lingering dessert-like finish make it deeply satisfying without feeling overly sweet.
Serve chilled, neat or over ice for a smooth after-dinner drink. It pairs naturally with coffee or can be added to hot chocolate for a comforting winter serve. For something more indulgent, pour lightly over vanilla ice cream or use in creamy cocktails such as a toffee white Russian.
