Sing Gin is produced in the hillside village of Kettlesing, deep in the Yorkshire Dales, where wide skies, open moorland and a strong sense of place shape everything we do. Distilled in small 50-litre batches, our London Dry begins with premium neutral spirit made from grapes rather than grain – a choice that brings a naturally soft, rounded texture and a subtle fruit-led smoothness.

Before distillation, our botanicals are steeped overnight in Bella, our copper and stainless-steel still, allowing their character to gently unfold. Each botanical is crushed by hand using traditional methods to release essential oils and maximise flavour. Juniper sits proudly at the heart of the recipe, supported by fresh mint, bright citrus peel and Yorkshire-grown flax, a historic local crop that lends delicate floral nuance.

This considered approach to craft ensures consistency while preserving the individuality of each batch. The result is a modern Yorkshire London Dry gin that respects traditional techniques yet expresses a distinctive sense of landscape, heritage and family-run authenticity.
